By accessing this website, the user undertakes to respect and accept the respective terms and conditions of use. If you do not wish to do so, you must refrain from interacting with it and contact us by other means, such as by telephone or directly at the counter.

Azores Old Distillery, Lda, reserves the right to change the present terms and conditions whenever it considers that such change is justified.

ADEGA DO FOGO, is our trademark and is used to distinguish our services of online booking and sale of accommodation in the Azores Old Distillery, Lda Property(ies). This brand is registered and is the exclusive property of Azores Old Distillery, Lda, and is therefore protected against copy, reproduction or any other use without prior written authorisation, under national and international legislation.

The information contained in this website, namely, the domain, logos, illustrations, photographs, films, contents, texts, graphics and attached documents are the property of Azores Old Distillery, Lda. Its download, copy, modification, transmission, distribution, reproduction or forwarding, in part or in full, for commercial or other purposes, without prior written authorisation from Azores Old Distillery, Lda is also expressly prohibited.

CHECK IN, CHECK OUT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Check-in at our Hotel may be done from 2pm and check-out until 12 noon.

The Resort will accept late check-in until 11pm. After that time, no-show will be treated as no-show, unless the customer has contacted the Hotel before that time requesting a check-in at a later time.

Late check-out can also be requested by contacting the Resort Reception. Additional charges may apply.

You should only consider your booking complete and effective after receiving written confirmation from Azores Old Distillery, Lda.

All reservations will be subject to a cancellation policy. If check-in is not made on the expected arrival date, a fee may be payable.

Azores Old Distillery, Lda also reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in the event of a suspected mistaken/error booking, invalid credit card and fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or if you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions.

These cancellation conditions will vary depending on the time of year. To wit:

From 1 November to 31 March (low season) Free Cancellation: If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 1 day before arrival.

From 1 Aprilto 31 October, free cancellation if cancelled or modified up to 21 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled or modified less than 21 days from arrival or in case of no-show, the customer will be penalized the total amount of the stay.

PAYMENT METHODS

Azores Old Distillery, Lda accepts the following payment methods: Bank transfer, with proof sent within 24 hours of booking, to the email adegadofogo@gmail.com; Credit Card; The payment conditions will vary according to the season.

INSURANCE

Azores Old Distillery, Lda, recommends its customers to acquire a Full Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy covers, but is not limited to, the following: loss of payment due to cancellation, loss of or damage to personal luggage, loss of money and medical treatment expenses, as it will not be responsible for any vicissitudes arising from the above.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Notwithstanding what is set out in these Terms and Conditions Azores Old Distillery, Lda will not be held liable for indirect damages, losses arising from subsequent damages or special circumstances, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of use, loss of opportunities, which manifest themselves due to the performance or non-performance of obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

DATA PROTECTION

The data you provide on our website will be processed by Azores Old Distillery, Lda in the context of commercial management related to reservations, purchases and other customer support, not providing your data for purposes not foreseen in its data protection policy.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT COURT

The products and/or services described and made available on this website may not be available in the country. To settle any dispute, the Portuguese legislation shall be considered as applicable.
